Delete your data from Balanza
Balanza (calorie and weight tracker) asks for no account and no email. Your data is tied to an anonymous id created on your device, and you can erase all of it yourself, at any time, in seconds.
Option one: inside the app (immediate)
- Open Balanza.
- Go to the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Delete all data.
- Confirm in the message that appears.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: your data is erased from the server at that moment and no copies are kept. The action cannot be undone.
Option two: by email
If you can no longer open the app (you deleted it, for instance), write to support@maazan.info and include your recovery code if you saved one. Without the app or the code nobody, including us, can link the remaining data to you, because it is tied to no name and no email.
What is deleted and what remains

Deleting the app without deleting the data
Removing the app from the device deletes the id from the device only. The data stays on the server, permanently detached from any person, and can only be reached with the recovery code you kept. That is why it is better to use "Delete all data" before removing the app.
